Ordering faq
Our goal is to have your order processed and shipped out within one to three business days from the time its placed.
General delivery times, measured in business days are as follows:
Standard Shipping | 5 – 8 Days
Fedex Ground | 3 – 5 Days
Express | 1 – 2 Days
International | 5 – 10 Days
Orders that have express shipping selected will ship out the next business day. For non-express orders within the U.S please allow up to 8 business days for delivery. We ship out of the North-Eastern U.S, therefore orders with a Ship-To address closer to our warehouse should generally be received faster. International orders – please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your product. Our main carriers for shipping are USPS, FedEx, FedEx Sharepost and DHL. We do reserve the right to ship using other carriers. You will be informed of the carrier when your order is shipped to you. All of the aforementioned timeframes are providing the items selected are in stock. In the worst-case scenario that one of the items you purchased is unavailable, we will contact you via email and/or telephone. Please supply us with accurate contact info.
Preorder Items
For Items that are advertised as "PRE-ORDER" - please note the shipment date is an estimate. We reserve the right to adjust the date if needed. Overall we are usually 90% accurate on the advertised to-be shipped date.
Return & Exchange policy
You have 28 days from the day you receive your package to contact us. All items that are being returned for refunds or exchanges must be new and unworn. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange requests. We do not provide shipping labels unless there is a discrepancy on an item you ordered.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
We offer free shipping to U.S.A & Canada . The free shipping option must be selected from the shipping options at checkout.
We also offer FedEx Ground which begins at $4.95 and FedEx Express which begins at $10.00 and increases proportionately with the price of your order. International shipping begins at $14.00 and increases proportionately with the price of your order.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Entree LS cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, at our discretion, ship products that have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted and available payment methods are:
-CREDIT CARD: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
-APPLE PAY: Will appear as long as you have the latest iOS version on your iPhone or iPad device
-Address changes are not permitted after an order is placed.
-We can only ship to the actual billing address associated with the credit card if you select the credit card option, unless you add the shipping address as an alternate shipping address with your credit card company.
-If you placed an order and it declined, but it's showing on your statement, you were not charged. It is a temporary hold placed on your account by your bank or credit card company. The hold will be removed within three to five business days and your order will not be charged or processed. Double check all information and replace the order once the funds are available again. Do not include any symbols in the address.
PRICING POLICY
At entreelifestyle.com our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered on-line at entreelifestyle.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our affiliate stores, in some cases, the stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
PRODUCT INFORMATIONMost products displayed on the Site are available in select stores in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
